Please keep in mind that Catsup Bottle Fest is a family-oriented, kid-friendly event. Festival management reserves the right to assign you a designated space. Due to space constraints, limited electricity, and duplication of items, we may deny some applications. If so, your fee and photos will be returned.
By signing this form, I understand that I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the American Legion Post 365, the World's Largest Catsup Bottle Fan Club, the Festival Committee, and its members, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses, attorney's fees, libailities, courses of action, and any and all other libailities or responsibilities arising directly or indirectly from the activities of myself or my family in connection with the World's Largest Catsup Bottle Festival Birthday Party & Car Show Bash.
